Panel interview with 4 staff members. Applied online and after two weeks, I got a phone call to schedule the interview. I was given the interview questions, fifteen minutes before the interview to prepare answers. During the interview I was asked question by one person and other panel members recorded answers. Interview was of medium difficulty, more on easy side.

I have invited to interview with an employee referral. They called me and asked me to go for an interview. I attended the interview and they asked me only a few questions. Because it is admin AUX position, the interview was easy and they sent me the offer letter 1 or 2 days later.
