I applied online and then spoke with a recruiter. The interview was scheduled the next week and I heard back within a week of the interview. I had three consecutive conversations with the team that was hiring for the role and then spoke with all three of the panel together. I ended up repeating myself a lot because of the structure of the interview and it didn't necessarily feel like the best opportunity to position myself for the role I was applying for as the interview was "reset" several times.
