Interview was relative easy going and simple with questions mostly on experience and some situation based questions. However, HR was quite unprofessional in some of the questions asked which shows that she was not paying attention during the interview process and has no idea about the role that they are hiring. She also portrays the image via her responses that it is normal for HR to misrepresent/overpromise on remuneration like variable bonuses which is kind of a red flag as to how this company's HR functions/negotiates offers.
