Initially a five minute verbal office sit down with main store manager where I handed in my application. He basically asks your a list of some very typical job interview questions during the interview.I had to return 3-5 times over the next 3 weeks to hassle the same manager to get the job. ( There were no jobs available at the time of my interview)

easy in person interview asking a few questions to get to know me. super friendly and good environment. took about three weeks total and I was working away. managers are super helpful to answer questions as well throughout the process
