Entrevista
First is phone interview which focuses on the technical skills and your resume. Then they asked for recommendation letters before they asked me to go for the on-site interview. During on-site, I had a lot of one-on-one sessions with the scientists, and most of the time they talked about their own research instead of asking me questions. There was also a person from HR to introduce the benefits, but no behavior questions asked.

It starts with a 30 mins call screening.
One you are picked, they will schedule a long day site interview including seminar presentation and two panel interview with the technical team followed by HR interview.

10 minute presentation followed by a discussion of where my strengths would fit within the research group. The classic interview questions of strengths, weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 5 years.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interview. First round lasted for one hour. Second round consisted of an one-hour seminar and several one-on-on meetings. One-on-one meeting lasts for 30 minutes and met with scientists. At the end of the day, you will meet with their HR.
