Two short phone interviews with two DMs. Never met either face to face which should have been the first red flag. I was interviewed and hired within 24 hours with the salary I asked for.

First interview was with Store manager, then had a virtual interview with the district manager. Took about 5 days all together for both interviews. District manager asked a lot more in depth and specific. Situational based questions

Entrevista
Multiple interviews and also a panal interview, the first was informal, the second one was more formal, panal interview was interesting conference call. Regional interview was the hardest as it should be.
