I was emailed to set up an interview time. The interview was with 2 other candidates. We were asked a couple of general "get to know you" questions but the main focus was talking about the company and the job description. At the end of the interview we all said wether or not we wanted to pursue the job.

It was brief and relaxed, almost too easy. It was conducted in the conference room with the hiring manager who was also an active EMT. It was relaxed and straight forward and I was hired on the spot.
