Had a phone call from HR and they setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. Was told I would hear back in 2-3 weeks. I got an email 4 weeks after the phone interview letting me know that I was not selected for the position.

Initial conversation with hiring manger, then 4-person panel interview. Not all 4 people were available at the same time so it was changed to 3 interviews: 2 one-on-one 30-minute interviews and one 60-minute interview with 2 panel members together.
