There were several rounds of interviews including a case study and a panel. Took several weeks just for them to provide very vague feedback that just felt like they were looking for someone to do free labor with their case study assignment to see if their product would work in that market
Recruiter screen, sales manager interview, and final panel interview with case study. Entire process completed virtually through phone and video calls, focused on evaluating real sales ability and execution overall.
Did two rounds of phone calls, one with HR / hiring manager, take home test, and presentation panel to 5 people. Then, talked to another exec and the last round was discussing comp with the people manager. It was a long process with a prompt that took a while, but the interviews themselves weren't super difficult
