The Interviewer went over my CV and asked me general questions to get to know me as a person. She then gave me an assessment related to the job in question with a time period in which I should finish the assessment. Once the assessment was done, the interviewer continued to get to know me and asked work related questions (availability, previous experience, etc). The interviewer went over my assessment quickly and told me on the spot that I had been successful with her and given that my references were successful, the job would be mine.
