I applied for the human resource exec role, and was invited for a video interview via email. But few hours after receiving the interview invitation email, I received an email telling me the interview was cancelled due to a change in business needs where they would need someone to be based in Malaysia. Honestly speaking, this didn’t reflect too well on the company and left a rather bad impression on me of how Paktor is functioning as an organisation.

It was just like any other interviews in the office. HR was there to do the explanation of the job scope and I was also introduced to the supervisor. It was a pleasant interview experience.
