I applied online for an internship. I was sent the coding challenge a few weeks later, and was scheduled for a technical phone interview a few days after. After that, I was scheduled for an onsite interview. They let me choose which location to interview at. The onsite was 3 interviews (2 coding and 1 systems design, just like their website says), lunch with an engineer, then the product demo. I was then scheduled for a follow-up chat with a hiring manager a week later, and received my offer after that. I got the sense that culture fit was really important in my interviews. Process was very smooth overall.
