Pretty straightforward, 2 round interview process with behavioral with 2 people from Palladium on the call (~30 minutes), and then a case presentation with the information given at an agreed upon time and then a 4 hour limit from when they send you the information to where you finish it and send it back to them, from there you have another call presenting it to two other Palladium members who ask questions and a bit more behavioral stuff
