The communication of the process wasn't clear and interviews were unprofessional. In the first interview when asked about why the position was open the interviewer mentioned how poorly the previous employee in the position performed and talked about their termination. After moving into later rounds the interviewer bragged about how many applicants they were still interviewing in the process. I felt while the transparency was appreciated there was a lack of professionalism across the board. Ultimately I did not continue with the process due to this.
