Most people were kind - HR at beginning of process said to speak up if you were looking for full-time remote work, which I was and made that clear as to why. They continued with my candidacy; I was selected for the position but told I had to be hybrid. I wouldn't have wasted my time with the multiple interviews if I had known this.
