Got a call from the recruiter to set up a on site interview with 4 managers individually. Each asked question relating to the job position. Towards the end of each interview they asked me troubleshooting questions.

In person getting to know each other, followed up by conceptual quiz to test the understanding of various applications. Interviewers are mainly technology based and does not know much about manufacturing.

Recruiter reached me on LinkedIn. and it took a month to book an interview. The interview was very poor experience for me. The guy joined in the middle of the interview. That was very distractive. Also, he didn't even introduce himself and directly ask me questions. I felt very intimidated by his attitude.

applied on Panasonic avionics website, then I was contacted by HR and then online interview was scheduled with two managers. software integration engineer position, and no coding skill required at all.
