I had a total of 3 formal interviews. The first, a woman rescheduled with me a couple times, then when I went for my scheduled interview, she was not there and they had no idea that I was supposed to have an interview. So a manager in training spent roughly a minute and a half to two minutes "interviewing" me only to tell me she couldn't make a decision without the actual manager there and that the other manager would most likely want to meet me herself and conduct an interview. I never heard anything back. A month or so later, I went to an open interview, was interviewed by two managers at once, and was told to go (more or less immediately) to a second interview about 45 minutes further from the place that had already taken me that long to drive to. My other option if I decided not to go that day, right then and there, was to wait another two weeks to have another interview and then wait a few more days to hear back. I went that same day and spent about an hour waiting to be interviewed. I completed my interview and was told I'd hear back in a few days, which I did. I was told I got the job, but the manager of the store I was going to work at wanted to meet me first as well, which basically led to another less formal interview. About two days later is when I actually went through the hiring process.
