The HR people are very friendly and prompt (emails returned almost immediately). However, the interview process took nearly a month. I had to meet with almost everyone on the team, read a book, and sit in and shadow a member of the team.
Panda is looking for people who really share their ideals and are 100% "Panda people". Although excited for the position at first, it became clear to me towards the end of the interview process that there may not be much of a separation of work and home life and I lost a bit of interest.

What do you know about the '7 habits of highly effective people'?
Relaxed interview with manager, didn’t really ask a lot of questions but did ask to do basic math. Friendly, but think the interview was just a formality with no intent to offer a position.
It was very easy not to many questions and the lady was really nice. They were willing to try to get me the job even tho I have. Background. It didn’t work out but they recommended I try again after 7 years when my record wouldn’t show
