Entrevista
I applied when Panda help a mini job fair in the parking lot of the location where the store was finishing being being constructed. I filled out a paper application at a folding table. The next day I was called to schedule an interview, which I went to the following day. I met the general manager at the front counter and then was seated at a table in the dining room. She asked very standard questions regarding my availability, prior experience (I did not have any and had just graduated from high school), and was informed of the pay and how many hours I could expect to work.

Entrevista
I submitted my application online. Then after a week I called the manager to follow up with my application status. After a couple days I had scheduled an interview. There were multiple behavioral questions.

Entrevista
I applied online. Got an interview at the restaurant location within that same week. The manager that interviewed me acted like she hated her job and didn't put in any effort to seem enthusiastic. It was an uncomfortable interview but I accepted the offer anyway because I needed the money.
