I applied through Indeed with my resume and a brief cover letter. The next day, the hiring manager called me to schedule an interview. The interview was a couple days later at Panera. When I arrived, I was offered a free drink while I waited for the hiring manager. The interview itself was extremely casual and short. It only lasted about five minutes. The only question she asked was "Why Panera?" then I was offered the job and gave my availability.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
