They hire just about anyone who pass the online question test but you must past the test or you won't get an interview. They tell you it's easy to move up in the company in the interview but that is not true

What have you done to help or better a company you have worked at previously
The interview was Very quick and easy. They asked Typical questions for hospitality businesses. The employer who interviewed me was very kind and inviting and did not make the process intimidating at all.

Asked questions regarding food safety and why I wanted the job , also discussed how my schedule would look if I were to get the job. I was then told I would be given a call regarding the decision whether I got the job or not
Great process very easy and they really try and fast track the hiring process. It is usually with a couple of the managers who will be overseeing your day to day.
