applied online, got called for a call and had an informal interview, then was set up with an in person interview, was hired on the spot (though I was told that doesn't happen often)

Filled out application online, then I went in to check up on application. Asked to talk to a manager. Was interviewed, and hired. Started work about a week later. The interview itself was uncomfortable because I was very qualified and was just hoping for the right salary offer.
