I showed up the day of, and I had a 1:1 interview with a really nice lady. I was applying for assistant baker , after reviewing my resume she suggested to step it up to baker testing, since I have lots of experience.

It was fairly easy. Some behavior questions and questions about hobbies. They also asked me if I had any food service experience. Overall, it wasn't a bad gig between jobs.

Applied online, got a phone call to meet at a cafe, interviewed, got an offer, and accepted the job offer. Then scheduled training and orientation. Pretty easy process, except it is 3rd shift.
Very easy. My previous manager became the bakery manager so they already knew me. I contacted her and we arranged a phone call so we could talk about the position and see if it was a good match. It worked out really well for me then I was able to start soon after.
