Entrevista
I applied on a Wednesday and they called me on Friday. They were understaffed so they needed new people ASAP. I went in for an interview the next day. They offered me a drink and I sat for about five minutes before the manager came along. It was pretty short and sweet, she asked me some standard questions and 20 minutes later, I had the job.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Entrevista
The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
