Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Panera Bread em nov. de 2015
Entrevista
I applied online, and was called the next day for an interview. It was incredibly odd, I walked in 10 minuets early and the instructed me to take a seat in the café. The interviewer took 20 minuets to get to me, when he did, he shook my hand with out making eye contact. Then he read questions off a sheet of paper and wrote down my word for word answers to the questions. All the while still nit making eye contact with me. My interviewer was incredibly awkward, and the more awkward he got, the more awkward he got. Plus he asked questions that had nothing to do with my ability to sell sandwich and some which felt overly personal. I left flustered and confused. It felt more like a trial than a job interview. He also kept bringing up that i had never worked before, but in odd places.

Describe one time you helped someone make a decision. How did it turn out?
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
