Entrevista
First you must apply, you can go in person but they will most likely refer you to the online application. The manager will then screen your resume and they will contact you to schedule the appointment interview. The interview would occur and then the decision making which is made on the same day as the interview.

Entrevista
The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
