The Interview process was really simple I applied online and the manager got back to me in anout a week and scheduled the interview using the platform I applied with. The interview was really just a checklist and got hired on the spot.

Describe a situation where you handled an agitated customer.
Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
30 minute interview with 10 behavioral questions with the manager and a crew member present. Was held in the dining room and was business casual attire. Pleasant experience with great people
