Quick. Went in talked to manager had me come back an hour later to see GM. Hired on the spot and was able to haggle a pay bump. No drug screen or background check as it was in MA which doesn't require background checks. They perform checks for shift supervisor or management.

Entrevista
The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.

Entrevista
Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.
