Senior Talent Management (London) reached out to me via LinkedIn to discuss a role that seemed befitting to my experience. They scheduled 15 minutes and after about 5 minutes the interviewer lost interest. It seemed like my experience, although highly relevant, was not the "perfect fit". Further to sharing more about what I have to offer, I was told not once but twice that "we are a low ego environment". Disconcerted, this felt like a jab. Interviewer being eager to end the interview, I followed up by email with supplementary information as agreed, and followed up again a week later. Have not heard a peep since.

Fast, quick. Really open about the process and who you meet with. My experience was amazing and excited to learn more about the firm and the team members. Only draw back is that most of the people are based in London so timing is tough.
