Spoke with HR, then went on to video interview with hiring manager. The manager was impressed with my resume, but was early in the process of going through candidates and to give them a week. So a week turns into two, two into three. I followed up with HR twice only to be ghosted. Once HR finally responded it was over a month since I had my first interview. They randomly emailed and said they would have a response soon and they didn't. I followed up again, and then said they wouldn't be moving forward. What a waste of time.
