Entrevista
I met with Sam Dawson and we had a personal/casual interview. I would describe it as a very pleasant experience. The questions that were asked helped me fin out more about what the company values.

Things that evaluate what type of person you are, more interested in your character and integrity.
Team interviewed with the manager. He did a thorough introduction of the company and what I will be responsible if I'm on board. They have good work flow and look into expand.

Entrevista
I completed two of the four interviews. One with HR and one with a team managers. I was told a 3rd interview would be in office with the team, and the 4th interview would be with the CEO in San Antonio. The 4 part interview seemed like a very long and drawn out process.

Basic interview questions. Only one of the invited managers showed up so it was more of a discussion about the team.

Entrevista
The interview process was based on multiple questions based on yourself. More of a get to know you interview then a sell yourself interview. Overall, it was a very general interview and the company and its workers are friendly.
