Entrevista
I went through one of the longest and most frustrating interview processes of my career here. The process spanned nearly 3 months and 9 interviews, including late-stage additions that were introduced after I was told that I was in final rounds. These additional interviews were not about leadership style or decision making, but instead devolved into tactical deep dives into how systems and processes worked in my previous companies. Rather than evaluating if I was the right leader for the role, the interviews increasingly felt like the team was trying to extract detailed operational knowledge to solve their own internal problems. They focused on specific tools, implementations, and internal mechanics -- not outcomes or impact -- which is highly inappropriate at this stage of the hiring process. Communication throughout was very poor. Long gaps and delays were followed by generic email rejection after weeks of silence. After investing an extraordinary amount of time and energy, the lack of respect for the candidate's time was disappointing. The hiring process in this company signals organizational indecision, poor candidate experience and weak interview discipline. I would not recommend anyone to interview here unless serious changes are made.
