I was pleasantly surprised at how well the entire process went. I had four interviews (including the recruiter screening) with my hiring manager and various levels of management in the company. Some were panel interviews and some were one-on-one. Everyone I interviewed with was nice and I enjoyed talking with them. The entire process took about 4 weeks and I accepted the offer.
