This company does not value your time, and is only looking for employees that do not know their worth. Do not give this company the time of day. They have zero idea what they want, do not know how to properly interview for any position and are just not worthy of good candidates. Everyone who interviewed with them and had a negative experience cannot be wrong. If you didn’t hear back from them, don’t take it personally. If you did hear back from them and got rejected, don’t take it personally. Leadership is full of people who don’t know what they’re looking for and will try and project that onto you. Don’t believe it. There are just companies here to teach you what not to look for. Don’t let a POC being in leadership make you think they care either. It’s all politics. One member of leadership claimed that “everyone’s opinion is not created equally.” Why would you want to work somewhere like that? So, if you didn’t get selected here, know you dodged one. Nothing worthwhile here.
