I went back and forth via email for weeks trying to find a time that worked best for the company. Often times, I was asked if the following day would work for me with no forewarning. Finally interviewed in the Manchester office. One of my interviewers was so wrapped up in talking about the company that they never asked me a single question. Another interviewer wanted to review my work experience starting from the last work experience on my resume, we ran out of time before we got to my most recent experience, which seemed counterintuitive. Overall, spent two hours in the office, sent thank you emails that weren't even dignified with responses and never heard back about the position. The company doesn't seem to appreciate the effort their candidates put in and the culture they emit in their interview process.
