Very straight forward questions. I had a group interview with 10 people, it would have been appreciated if they told us before hand that it was a group interview. Most people looked surprised it was a group interview and not everyone had a chance to answer. However, other coworkers told me they were the only person interviewed, they typically knew someone (networking). Questions were related to prior experience and regarding working with adolescents.

The on boarding process was fast and communication was done via e-mail. The transition and support with training was also smooth. Very team oriented environment, will help you develop and grow as a clinician!
