Pretty friendly interview that only last maybe 15 minutes. Met with the HR manager and Events Director. Asked about certain scenarios that always make for awkward answers like describing a situation where you didn't get along with a co-worker. Said tip pool is usually $10 to $15 over minimum wage. Have to be able to carry large trays with upwards of 10 plates.
