First, you interview with the campus recruiter and if they like you they then pass you along to the manager you will be interning. From there, you will interview with the manager for the specific branch you would like to intern for.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
