Initial communications with the company consisted of a CV (Resume). Following this a short phone interview was conducted to ascertain personal qualities, salary expectations, relevant experience and availability which followed with an offer for an interview. The interview environment was a panel where I was expected to talk about my experience relating to artist relations, where I saw myself in 5 years, and what I was able to offer the brand over other candidates.
