Five rounds; screening, two technical, one behavioral, one with manager. Technical rounds are fairly standard leetcode/algorithm questions. The behavioral is fairly in depth.
All interviews are tightly time boxed and play out more like a quiz than a discussion.
When called to discuss an offer, it was evident they were expecting complete enthusiasm and even verbal acceptance before discussing compensation in detail. Given the short time boxes (and therefore) inability to have a more mutual conversation with the team, I was hardpressed to accept.
The interview process did not leave me feeling as if I had a complete picture of what long term employment would look like with Paramount; team, culture fit, benefits, compensation etc.
