The SVP was completely unprepared for the interview, no doubt someone handed this person my resume as they were walking in. The questions were formulaic, and the interviewer spent too much time talking about their background, while deflecting questions about the business, challenges, vision and needs. Uninspiring at best, no interest in the role.
