I made it through several rounds of interviews, both in-person and via phone or video chat. The process itself was good, and I felt the communication between me and the recruiter was excellent. When they decided to cut me, they let me know in a timely manner, which I appreciated. By the time I was cut, I had realized there were going to be fit issues. Each person I met with had a different interpretation of the role, why it was open, and what this person would be doing. It made me feel like I would be walking into an organizational quagmire. Even so, it was a positive experience because everyone was extremely pleasant and professional.

The most unexpected thing about the questions is that there were very few questions. Most of the people I met just wanted to know what I had done at other jobs.

Entrevista
Zoom interview set up through SVP's assistant, was only half an hour and felt a bit rushed. Details on the job weren't offered until the end of the interview when requested and didn't offer a complete picture of the position. It was challenging to tailor responses to interview questions without having a better understanding of the role.

It was a difficult interview but one that I could eventually get through and answer everything they wanted to know. Hard questions but fair given the job. They asked things like "what is the price of life?"

Entrevista
I was contacted via email to arrange a screening call, where the recruiter was very engaging and detailed the process and culture. Was put through for a skills test, which was repeatedly rescheduled, finally happening about 4 weeks later. The skills test went smoothly albeit rushed and was performed by a peer - who had himself only worked for the company for a (very) short period of time. My take home of the interview was that I didn't have his full attention and didn't get to showcase previous achievements and/or talent.
After the interview completed there was slim to 0 followup from the recruiter, and after chasing was told the department was over-loaded and refusing to provide feedback.
