Only participated in the initial phone interview before I decided to do a full-time summer research at university. As far as Viacom's interview process, I applied online and then they called for a phone interview after maybe 2-3 weeks. Even in the beginning stages, the process was prompt and organized. I was asked to talk to a team member in the department I applied for immediately after the phone interview.
