HR does not have good structure and are ultimately not very helpful/responsive when you want additional questions answered. They may seem nice at first, but it is just to maintain public image of company and are snakes when dealing with them. If you have other options, consider the others and do not look into here. Their pretentious nature is unfortunately reflected by many who work in the “accounting” departments(really just clerical jobs).

Know your resume well and know a good example where you worked to overcome a hardship
First round interview with recruiter. General questions (why Paramount, why this role) and logistics questions (desired salary, work authorization, etc.). Resume forwarded to hiring manager at that point; not selected for next round.
Quick interview; 30 minutes. No difficult questions. Asking simple questions such as why do you want to work here; why do you want to leave your current job, what made you consider this position, etc..

Entrevista
One phone interview with the recruiter, second interview is a zoom call, and third is another zoom call. Phone interview was brief, asking about experience and knowledge that aligns with the position. Zoom call was roughly around 45 min. Very nice fellow that interviewed me. I really enjoyed our conversation as it was about the position, asking technical questions, and some accounting questions as well. Did not prepare for it well therefore did not receive an offer.
