Entrevista
The Talent department (Human Resources) was pleasant and genuinely interested in me as an individual and I didn't feel like just a number or someone picked out from a large pool. When interviewing with the Director of the department, I found her largely unprepared and frankly unprofessional. She actually missed the first interview date/time and was 15 minutes late for the rescheduled appointment (at which point I had to reach out to her). Even then there was a lot of time spent looking for materials and exhaustively sharing how difficult her work/position was. Needless to say it was a poor experience.

Both the first and second round interview questions were fairly standard.

Entrevista
Interviewed with HR who were all very nice. Overall, they mostly asked about current position, why the position was desired. None of the "where do you see yourself in 5 years" type of questions were asked. They were very positive and prepped for the in-person interviews. In-person interviews included two managers who were mostly concerned with information directly related to the current position.
