In the Interview there were a VP and Director interviewing, They asked fairly technical questions around the play and how I would go about coming up with a reasonable estimate on type-curves and the process involved in doing so. They seemed more focused on technical attributes and abilities than trying to get a read on myself - so be sure to have an ability to talk through your process if interviewing for a technical role.
