Had an initial interview with their CTO which at that moment gave me the impression that went well. The process had 3 more rounds as far as I remember. I was not choosen to progress to the next round and the reason was that "I was way too much pragmatic for the CTO's mindset" . To me it made no sense because I have always thought pragmatism as a good thing. Generally speaking though the interview was pleasant I should point out.
