In-person interview with one of the partners was like nothing I had ever experienced before. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. Many of the questions were Myers Briggs personality type and not related to the role whatsoever. The interviewer caught me off guard more than once asking about random topics, likely to gauge how I'd respond in the moment. Definitely felt like they were being overly cautious with the vetting process because of past issues. I left knowing immediately that I would not be moving forward in the hiring process. On the plus side, I was informed a few weeks later from HR that I had been officially disqualified, which was appreciated. FYI to future applicants, their 3/2 hybrid offering does not start until after a multi month in-person probationary period and performance review.
