Entrevista
Two phone interviews by hiring manager. Panel interview by management team. Players did not appear to be on same page in all respects, appeared to be ready for change. Arrived on-time however interview team were on track to be one hour late. Lots of re-shuffling and changes to get team together. Appeared to be frantic / not organized.

Team presented no serious or challenging questions really. They had issues but no current manager so no benchmark upon which to reference. They seemed to want everyone to want a quality outcome, I corrected that we only need to achieve a quality outcome, to force users to desire something is overreaching and not necessary.
