Applied online. Phone screening then in-person interview with about five people individually. Most were more senior, but there was one peer and the HR rep. No junior staff were involved. I was initially expecting to give a presentation, but that did not happen. Quite relaxed atmosphere but there were long delays between initial interview, in person and follow-ups. Once offered, things moved quickly.
